Port Hercule
On the water.
Port Hercule is the harbour at the centre of everything – the deep-water port where the Principality's yachts moor, and the stage for its most famous weekends. The race runs along its edge, the yacht show fills it each autumn, and the harbour pool becomes an ice rink in winter.
To live on the port is to live at the front of Monaco's life on the water, with the boats below and the amphitheatre of the city rising behind. The apartments that face the harbour directly are among the most animated addresses in the Principality – never still, always in view of the water.
It suits a particular buyer: one who wants to be in the middle of things rather than above them, close to the events, the restaurants and the movement of the port. For energy, proximity and a front-row seat to the water, nothing else in Monaco is quite like the harbour's edge.
